Stir in the ingredients, cover for a minute.. 3) Next add 2 ½ cups of boiled hot water. Stir in! This time cover the pressure cooker with the pressure cooker pot cover correctly. (Note: Start the timing when it starts to whistle.) Once it starts to whistle gauge the stove on low flame. Allow to pressure for 15 minutes. 4) Remove the cover once it’s cool, add the ½ diced onion and the ketchup. With the stove gauged at 6. Cover with a regular pot cover and allow to stew for 5 minutes. Then turn the stove off. 5) Add the strips of sweet peppers and cover. 6) Left over’s should be properly sealed the same day and kept in the refrigerator for no more then 4 days. Or frozen for up to 6 months. 7) With two slices of bread, some lettuce, sliced tomatoes, ketchup and mayonnaise will give you a great tasting sandwich. This is a good sandwich for lunch time.
